$107.5 million -- includes new construction and specialized fittings and equipment such as acoustical installations for music, sprung floors for dance, museum-standard environmental controls for the gallery, film screens, theatre lights and rigging etc. as well as reconfiguration and renovation of spaces in other University buildings impacted by program relocations to the Accolade Project.
