Founded on June 6, 1990, The Caribbean Camera is one of the fastest growing ethnic community newspapers in Canada. carribean_camera.jpg (92645 bytes)

The Caribbean Camera, like most Afro-Canadian publications, is representative of the entire Caribbean Community.   The paper's articles have a distinct Caribbean/Canadian flavour which focuses on the political, economic, recreational and entertainment issues.  Their publication is distinct from others in format and in terms of quality.  Part of the publication comes in color, which makes it distinctive.  The editors at The Caribbean Camera are very much in touch with community affairs and events on both a domestic and international scale.   Their target audience is Afro-Canadian expatriates, particularly from the Caribbean, who are interested in important aspects of Caribbean life both locally and abroad.  The Caribbean Camera is free to the public.  It can be found in most Caribbean and African super markets, stores or restaurants in and around the Metropolitan Toronto area and in Montreal, Ottawa and Winnipeg.   The Caribbean Camera is an excellent source for advertising, and offers a range of information, from how to book your next vacation, find legal representation or just catch up on the latest cricket score.

This is currently the only web presence for The Caribbean Camera. York University has been authorized by Anthony Joseph, President of The Caribbean Camera Inc. to Include this reference to their publication on this web site.
