Perks Give Back

With several of our Perks providers, including Choice Hotels and Hertz rental cars, when you make a purchase you also support York students and grads.

How does it work?
We've established agreements with several providers that include profit sharing. This means that every time you make a purchase, a portion of the profit is paid to York University.

How's the money used?
The funds support student and grad events, scholarships and other York activities. Some examples of events and programs we've recently supported with this money include:

• Faculty of Education Awards
• Mars Rover Project
• Sport York Hall of Fame Induction Dinner
• 3rd Annual Ready Set Mentor
• Bryden Alumni Awards
• Alumni receptions in Toronto, Montreal, Ottawa, Calgary, and Vancouver
• Career Conversations series and the TASTE program
