Academic Resource Management System (ARMS)

Overview

The Office of the VP Academic and University Information Technology (UIT) have partnered to develop an Academic Resource Management System (ARM) to support course planning, teaching resource allocation, and budget planning.  The objective of the ARM system is to capture, record, and track data on such matters as course offerings, enrolment, teaching assignments, contract faculty teaching, sabbaticals, course releases, etc.

The Faculty of Liberal Arts & Professional Studies (LA&PS) along with Faculty of Health and Fine Arts started using the system to support 2009-10 planning.

The ARM system is a secure web-based application. Authorized users will be able to login to the system using their Passport York username and password.
