Biography 

Barry Stoute obtained his doctorate in Space Engineering and Planetary Science at York University in 2013. His research work specialized in Power and Propulsion and in particular the development of a hybrid electric thruster that used mixed gases for propellant.

Dr. Stoute also has a Bachelor of Engineering at Concordia University and a Master of Applied Science at McMaster University. He has extensive knowledge in plasma physics, rocket and space propulsion, computational fluid dynamics, and mechanical design.
