Abstract: The purpose of this note is twofold. First, a description of an unusual specimen of Lasioglossum (Dialictus) disparile (Cresson) with underdeveloped ocelli and associated facial aberrations is presented. In addition, I take the opportunity to demonstrate a new synonymy for this species and give methods for its identification.
