The Directory of Music Collections in Canada is an up-to-date listing of
major music collections in Canadian institutions. The information was obtained
through a survey which was sent to approximately 100 institutions.
The information given in the Directory is in English or French as it was provided by the institution.
The initial responses were received between January 1997 and December 1999, but the Directory is constantly being updated as new information is received.
