On-Campus Residence:

Single and double rooms in two residences, Hunton House and Edwards, have been reserved for on-campus accommodations. Both buildings are a short walk from the MYB Conservatory of Music building where most of the Conference sessions will take place.

Single rooms are $ 34.00/night and double rooms are $ 57.00/night (plus 13% HST). Hunton House is mostly double rooms with 4 single rooms per floor. Edwards is all single rooms. Floor plans may be viewed here:

CAML Call for Papers / Appel de communications de l'ACBM

The Canadian Association of Music Libraries, Archives, and Documentation Centres (CAML) and the Canadian University Music Society (CUMS) will hold their annual conference jointly from June 2-5, 2011 at Mount Allison University in Sackville, New Brunswick. Members of CAML are invited to submit proposals for sessions or papers, either for CAML sessions or for a joint session with CUMS. Proposals, accompanied by a short description of suggested content, should be submitted by January 31, 2011 to the program chair, Suzanne Meyers Sawa (s.meyerssawa@utoronto.ca).

L'Association canadienne des bibliothèques, archives et centres de documentation musicaux (ACBM) et la Société de musique des universités canadiennes (SMUC) tiendront conjointement leur congrès annuel, du 2 au 5 juin 2011 à Mount Allison University, Sackville, NB. Nous invitons les membres de l'ACBM à soumettre des propositions d'ateliers ou de communications, soit pour les séances de l'ACBM, soit pour une séance avec la SMUC. Les propositions, accompagnées d'une courte description du contenu, doivent être soumises au plus tard le 31 janvier 2011 à la coordonnatrice du programme Suzanne Meyers Sawa (s.meyerssawa@utoronto.ca).
