A list of students to be interviewed and the times that they are scheduled for must be submitted to the Events Coordinator no later than two days prior to the interviews. Substitutions are limited to three students per day.
Please notify the Career Centre of the cancellation of an interview room booking at least two days in advance of the reservation. More notice would be appreciated as interview rooms are limited and in high demand.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations received prior to two days will receive a refund of 100%. Cancellations after that will be charged the full amount.
Please note: It is the responsibility of the organization conducting the interviews to leave the rooms in the same state in which they were found.
