The Career Centre has a limited number of interview rooms available to employers for on-campus interviews of York University students. Interview rooms may be requested for the following time periods:
Monday – Thursday: 9:00am – 4:00pm
Friday: 10:00am – 4:00pm (3:00pm June-August)
We encourage you to complete the Interview Room Request Form to submit your request far in advance as space is scheduled on a first come, first served basis. Room availability is not guaranteed. Please book your interview room at least two weeks in advance of your desired date. The fee for booking an interview room is $100.00 plus HST.
A Career Centre representative will respond to your inquiry as quickly as possible. Every effort will be made to accommodate your request however, space is limited. If we are unable to accommodate your request, we recommend that you contact the Office of University Events and Community Relations to inquire about other available spaces on campus.
