Bailey Daniels
Assistant Director, MBA Recruitment & Admissions, University of Toronto, Rotman School of Management
Alumna: MBA, Schulich School of Business, 1996

Upon graduating with my Schulich MBA, I worked in sales and marketing in the television industry. During what turned out to be a 5-year maternity leave, I had three children, moved to the Cayman Islands for two years, and acted as the designer on my complete home renovation. I happily re-entered the MBA world six years ago in Recruitment and Admissions at the Rotman School of Management, University of Toronto.

Renice Jones
Assistant Director, Recruitment and Admission, York University, Schulich School of Business

DeGroote's Co-op MBA program is designed for recent graduates from all backgrounds to earn their MBA in 28 months while completing one year of paid work experience. Combining academic study with hands-on work experience makes the co-op MBA our most popular program. DeGroote's co-op option is the leading program of its kind in Canada, offering an established history (since 1973), a strong employer network (including some of Canada's leading companies), and proven results (90% of 2011 co-op graduates were employed within three months after completing the program).
