Struggling with Anger

We all have good intentions about relating to the people around us, whether they’re friends, family, or individuals we interact with in the community, at school or at work. Sometimes, though, we find the strong emotion of anger gets in the way of these interactions, creating problems. If you are someone who struggles with how to handle anger-provoking situations and people, this workshop series can help. In this series, you will learn ways to manage your reactions, relate more effectively to others and decrease your own stress.
