The City Institute will be hosting a City Seminar on "Shanghai Urbanism: Reflections from the Outside in." Under the leadership of Professor Ute Lehrer, nine graduate students went to Shanghai and learned first-hand about urbanization dynamics in a fast growing metropolis.
