Get your Passport York Account

You must have a Passport York account. Passport York authenticates you as a member of the York computing community, and gives you access to a wide range of University services.

Use "Manage My Services" to Activate and Manage Additional Services

While Passport York provides access to a wide range of services, there are other services that require a separate login. These services can be activated using the Manage My Services application.  Manage My Services is the tool you use to activate and manage computing accounts (also called services).

Managing your Accounts

The application Manage My Services is used to activate and manage various computing accounts (also called services). Managing accounts includes changing passwords, putting accounts to sleep, canceling accounts, and more.
