Online Course Evaluations

Description

University Information Technology (UIT) provides support for Online Course Evaluations to participating Faculties, allowing students to provide instructors with anonymous feedback about their courses anytime and anywhere during the evaluation period for each instructional session. The evaluation system is also available to instructors, providing them online access to evaluation data immediately following the release of grades.

Features

Availability

  • This service is available 24 x 7, except during scheduled and unscheduled maintenance.
  • Students have access to submit evaluations for their courses during a 3 week window ending the day before the first exam date for each session.
  • Evaluation results for instructors will be available one day after the release of grades.

  • There are no charges associated with this service.

How to request / access this service

  • Administrative access to this service is granted by each Faculty. Please contact your Dean's office.
  • Instructors will be notified by their department of important online evaluation dates for each session.
