The Glendon Campus Facilities Services provides all administrative, utilities, supplies, maintenance, grounds and custodial services at the Glendon Campus.
The Glendon Facilities Services administrative team is responsible for liaising with the Keele Campus, establishing operating budgets for all maintenance, utility and grounds and custodial activities, including the monitoring of service contracts.Employees perform minor renovations, attend to plumbing, HVAC and other routine maintenance activities. This department is also responsible for grounds maintenance, including the maintenance of Campus lawns, trees and other spaces. In winter, Glendon Facilities Services is also responsible for snow removal. The teams responsibilities extend to all custodial activities, including waste collection and disposal, implementing the University's recycling programme and routine classroom and office cleaning.
Chargeable work such as office furniture moves, requesting an additional key (or rekeying offices), minor renovation/upgrading of existing office or other space, or the purchase of new furnishings can be requested by submitting a Service Request, including charge account number, form to the Glendon Campus Facilities Services, Room 202 Central Services Building.
