Pickup and Delivery Schedules
Incoming
- First class mail and parcels from Canada Post arrive daily at 7am and are delivered by noon.
- Special deliveries (Courier items, Registered mail) arrive daily by 11am and are delivered by the end of the day.
Outgoing
- Canada Post and Spring International mail (preferred USA and International rates for account customers) are picked up daily by 3pm.
- IUTS (Inter University Transit System) is sent out via Purolator Courier daily , next day delivery sothern Ontario universities , two days for northern Ontario and Quebec universities.
- Glendon mail is delivered the following day with the campus mail.
Campus Mail
- External mail is sorted and metered for pick up by Canada Post at 3pm. If you have mail that needs to be delivered the same day, we can process it for the 3pm delivery providing you bring it to Mail Services by 2pm. Internal mail is delivered the following day.
Same Day Service
- Same day delivery and second pick ups are possible based on staff availability, if you have items that must be mailed or delivered same day please call Mailing services at ext. 77597
