Emergency (Potential danger or threat to life and/or property)

  • The Security Office at (416)736-5333 (Main Number) or 33333 (Emergency Number)  and/or
  • The Customer Service Centre, Facilities Services extension 22401
explaining the situation and the need for action. Following this a work order will be generated marked Emergency.


Interfering with the daily operations

These work orders will need to be dealt with on the same day they are issued. If the work order is not going to be completed the same day, the sender must be notified as to why it cannot be completed that day, and when it is expected to be completed. If the work order becomes more of a priority and needs to be dealt with earlier, the Customer Service Centre should be contacted explaining the situation and the need for action.

Problems that can be worked around for a period

These are items that need to be dealt within three weeks. If the work order becomes more of a priority and needs to be dealt with earlier, the Customer Service Centre (ext. 22401) should be contacted and explain the situation and the need for action.
