Arts do TEL Faculty Development Program
Program Description
"Arts do TEL" is a faculty development course for instructors interested in transforming an existing face-to-face course to take advantage of the learning and accessibility possibilities afforded by the web. The transformation could be to a blended course (where web-based instruction substitutes for some face-to-face class time), web-enhanced (where the web is used to deliver substantial course materials or activities with no reduction in face-to-face class time), or even a fully online course. Arts do TEL is collaboratively designed and delivered with York's Centre for the Support of Teaching (CST), Academic Technology Services (ATS) and hosted by Avi Cohen, Dean's Advisor on TEL Initiatives, Faculty of Arts.
All full-time tenure-stream, SRC and CLA faculty are eligible to apply.
