This template is designed to help you compile your TDGA Year End Report.

Report Summary
Your overall review of the year should include (but not limited to):
- Brief statement explaining TDGA activities for the year
- Indicate number of workshop hours
- Goals: Did you achieve/exceed want you had planned?
- Include support from faculty liaison and department (eg. Facilitating sessions, booking rooms, providing any hospitality/funds, etc.)
- Budget summary (If you had funding, where did you get it from and how did you maximize it?)
- How you raised awareness of the University Teaching Practicum
Workshops Summary
List all workshops, including what you were trying to achieve (goal) with each session:
- title
- date, time, and location
- names of facilitator(s)
- abstract
- feedbank: summary of evaluations
- number of participants
- advertising methods used
Your Experience as a TDGA
In your final report, please include:
- How many years you have been a TDGA
- What was your main objective as a TDGA? Did it change?
- Committee involvement: participation on dept./GSA/Senate/other (e.g. Curriculum, Teaching and Learning, etc.)
- Discuss interviews with grad students/faculty; individual/group consultations
- Suggestions and recommendations for TDGA Program
Successes and Challenges (Assessments)
List other teaching development activities that you were involved in:
- workshops with other programs
- teaching development presentations and conference papers
- teaching development handbook
- other discipline specific resources (e.g., TDGA web page, TDGA newsletter, research groups, committees, TA Day participation/planning etc.)
