A national association of over 500 academics and teaching and learning resource professionals who are interested in the improvement of teaching and learning in higher education.
- Canadian Society for the Study of Higher Education (CSSHE)
The Canadian Society for the Study of Higher Education (CSSHE) serves as a forum for exchange communication among those persons conducting or using research in postsecondary education. The CSSHE adopted as its purpose "the advancement of knowledge of postsecondary education through the dissemination through publication and learned meetings".
- International Consortium of Educational Development (ICED)
A network of national organizations concerned with promoting good practice and educational or academic development in higher education world-wide.

Discussion Groups & Listservs
- CST's Mailing Lists
The Centre for the Support of Teaching sends news and announcements about upcoming events to faculty members via the CST-news mailing list, and to teaching assistants enrolled in the University Teaching Practicum via UTP-news. Announcements are also distributed to all TAs via their graduate program. (If you would like to verify that you are enrolled on our lists, please send your full name, department, email address and which list you should be on (faculty or TA) by email to cst@yorku.ca.)
