  • Date: Wednesday, January 27, 2010
  • Time: 12:00 p.m. – 2:00 p.m
  • Location: 1014 TEL
Practicum Category: Teaching With Technology

Engaging first year students in large lecture style classes of 100-300 is always a challenge. Come and explore how clickers may be used to increase interactivity in large classes, and how Moodle may be used to support and enhance student engagement through use of various online activities. Finally, for the course instructor, learn how to grade online, submit grades using the grade book, and for the TA, learn how to submit grades directly to the grade book and enter comments where necessary.
