We are expanding and have openings for new graduate students (for MSc and PhD) and a junior postdoctoral fellow.

If interested please contact Prof. C.G.H. Steel at csteel@yorku.ca.

We offer a diversity of research projects that embrace steroid and peptide hormones, nuclear hormone receptors, circadian clock studies of the brain and endocrine organs, brain neuroarchitecture studies of clock-hormone interactions, photosensitivity of endocrine organs and the regulation of insect development.

Training is available in various techniques including radioimmunoassays, immunohistochermistry, confocal laser microscopy, various in vitro tissue techniques and light:dark cycle manipulations for analysis of circadian rhythms.
