Seven Sacred (?) Teachings:

The image of the electrical pole with seven sacred teachings represents the hierarchy of power in Canada; this class system dictates the distribution of wealth and resources, and thus the (un) recognition of human worth. The seven sacred teachings, strung at the bottom, depict the (conscious) oblivion of Indigenous peoples. Indigenous women are located at the bottom of this class system, and thus they cannot meet the pre-requisites for health.
