Legion Fencing at York University is a fencing club in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. You do not have to be a student of York University to join the club. We take beginners as well as experienced fencers. If you have little or no experience fencing, check out our beginner's information page. For information on cost, visit our fees page. Contact us if you have any questions about the club, or to sign up. York University students can also sign up using our online signup form. All fencers must fill out a health form with their current information (download).

Beginner Lessons

Fencing beginner lessons for the Summer term will
start on Monday, May 14th at 6:30pm. We will be located in Studio 6, on
the fourth floor of the Tait Mckenzie Centre. Beginner lessons cost $90
for the term, which includes free use of our club's equipment and foundations in the art of Fencing. We also have fencing on Thursday evenings, which are open to beginners who attend Monday lessons.
