- Mandatory group advising for all BES students
- Summer timetables are available online

- Students should begin to work on their personalized checklist to chart their program requirements and submit to OSAS (HNES 137) before May 11, 2012
- Students completing their final year before graduating should meet with their advisor for a one-on-one advising appointment
- Summer course registration begins

- Deadline for checklists. Students will be blocked from enrolling in their Fall/Winter courses unless checklists are submitted by deadline – May 11, 2012 to OSAS – HNES 137
- Final grades submitted
- Students should check their academic status and decisions. Any questions should be directed to the academic advisor

- Enrolment and registration for Fall/Winter 2012-2013 courses begins
- Convocation
