eCommerce Services on York University Web Pages

The Finance Department through Treasury and in cooperation with Computing and Network Services (CNS) through Information Security is responsible for approving and coordinating all electronic financial transactions carried out over the Internet in the normal course of University business. York University units carrying on eCommerce will follow the University guidelines and procedures outlined in eCommerce Services on York University Web Pages

Units wishing to establish an eCommerce solution to conduct financial transaction over the Internet must complete the eCommerce Services on York University Web Pages form in consultation with CNS Information Security and the Finance Department Treasury. The completed document must be submitted to the Treasurer, Finance Department at least eight weeks in advance of the proposed start up. Please note a separate application is required for each eCommerce application.
