Lynda has overall responsibility for academic affairs in the Faculty of Fine Arts. She is responsible for liaison and retention activities in order to formulate new plans, directions and strategies for the Faculty. She acts as consultant on complex advising, curricular and academic policy issues. She represents the Faculty at University-wide committees relating to academic affairs.

Tina coordinates on-campus visits and tours of the Faculty of Fine Arts. She is responsible for coordinating the Fine Arts Student Ambassador and Mentor Program, first year student enrolment, and undergraduate awards.
