Tickets are available in advance and may be purchased in person at the Accolade Box Office located in the CIBC Lobby of the Accolade East Building, and at the Joseph G. Green Studio Box Office located in the lobby of the Centre for Film and Theatre at York University.

On the day of performance, the Accolade Box Office provides ticketing services for shows taking place in the Sandra Faire and Ivan Fecan Theatre. The Joseph G. Green Studio Box Office provides ticketing services for events in the Joseph G. Green Studio Theatre.
