Vending Service

A variety of vending machines are located throughout our Keele and Glendon campuses where our staff work and our students study, relax, and live, 24/7, all year round.

If you encounter a problem with a vending machine, please call 416-736-5526 immediately, or visit our office at Room 200, William Small Centre, Keele Campus. If it is after hours, please leave a message with your name, daytime phone number and the nature of the problem.

Refunds are managed through the Vending Office located in Room 200, William Small Centre, between the hours of  8:30 - 4:30, Mondays to Fridays.

In cases of vandalism, please call the York Security Department at 416-736-8000.

Request for Installation/Service
Every effort is made to conveniently situate vending areas for both campuses. Requests for moving or establishing new vending locations are welcome. Requests should be initiated at the Dean or Department Head level and sent to the Manager, Food Services & Vending Operations, Room 204 William Small Centre, who will consult with the Facilities Department to determine if they are appropriate to the location or décor and have the utilities required before going forward with the installation.
