Sport & Recreation
A well rounded university experience provides far-reaching benefits, augmenting traditional learning as well as regular physical and social activities. Sport and recreation not only provides essential health benefits—it also helps students develop essential life skills, builds character and courage, and encourages respect for others. York focuses on several key areas to expand its sports and recreation program.
