Fit at Founders

Fit at Founders provides Founders College students the opportunity to participate in free fitness classes taught by certified instructors.

The classes take place from September to April in each academic year and offer a variety of fitness activities. Since the program's launch in 2012, we have offered Yoga, Zumba, Pilates, Muay Thai and Women's Self Defence classes. All classes take place in The Arthur Haberman Room (023 Founders College).

We are always happy to hear from our students; if you have any suggestions about certain fitness classes that you would like us to offer as part of this program, please send us an email at

If you have questions about Fit at Founders, email Founders College Events Assistant, Marco Sestito at
