About the Program

Our program is ranked among the top programs in Canada with strengths in Econometrics, Industrial Organization, International Money and Finance, International Trade, Monetary Theory, and Applied Economic Theory.

Resources for graduate students are excellent, from libraries that subscribe to all of the major economic journals, to computer labs available to students 24 hours a day. As a graduate student, you will have access to three powerful Unix-based servers that run advanced computing applications such as Gauss, S-plus, Garch, Wavelette, SAS, Stata, IMSL and Unix versions of Maple and TSP.
