Doctor of Philosophy Program Graduates with a Master's Degree in Philosophy, while B+ is the minimum GPA average to be eligible for admission to the programme, successful applicants normally have a GPA of at least an A-.
Transcripts from any previous institutions: 2 official transcripts will need to be mailed to the Graduate Admissions office (See address above). York Transcripts will be downloaded by the Admissions office, you do not need to order York official transcripts to be sent to the Admissions office. The Supplementary Information Form link will be emailed to you soon after the application has been submitted online, this form will request 3 referees, your referees will be emailed a link to upload their reference letter to support your Admission application. Students must bring a Statement of Interest (500 words) addressed to the Graduate Programme Director, a writing sample of 5000 words, and a CV (resume), to the programme office, S429 Ross.
