| Graduate Development Fund | This fund helps subsidize students' transportation costs to a recognized academic event where they are presenting their scholarly or creative work. The Spring 2011 competition is now closed. For more details click here |

| Research Cost Fund | This fund helps subsidize students’ own research expenses that are above and beyond those costs that are typically associated with graduate work. Applications are received by your Program. The Fall 2011 competition is now closed. For more details click here | |||
| Fieldwork Cost Fund | This Fund helps to defray the cost of thesis and dissertation research which must be carried out “in the field.” Applications are received by your Program. The Spring 2011 competition is now closed. For more details click here | |||
| Minimum Guarantee Assignment Form | In accordance with the CUPE 3903 Unit 1 Collective agreement, the Faculty of Graduate Studies provides students who are members of the CUPE 3903 Unit 1 Priority Pool with an assignment form by which they can indicate the academic term(s) that they consider themselves unavailable to take on a minimum guarantee work assignment. | Academic Petition | This form must be completed for any of these requests: Note: The fee to be registered as inactive is $169.49 plus $15.00 registration fee. This includes maternal/paternal leave, elective leave, external leave, and leave on compassionate or medical grounds. |
