The communications team in the Office of the Dean, Graduate Studies coordinates major communications activities for the Office of the Dean and facilitates communications activities for York graduate programs.
We are here to help graduate programs with getting their news out to the York Community and the public at large, with recruitment activities and with creating recruitment and marketing pieces that meet York’s standards.
In this section, you can submit interesting news, funding opportunities, conference calls, performance announcements, and other news relevant to the York Graduate Studies community, to be published in Graduate Studies News and/or listed in the Events & Deadlines calendar.

Current major communications projects include collaborating with the Communications and Public Affairs Division to produce new graphic treatments and graphic standards for use by the dean’s office and all York graduate programs, standardizing all forms for the Faculty, and of course, modernizing the Graduate Studies website.
In the coming months, this section will expand to include document and poster templates, graphic standards and communication process maps.
