MFA > Directing

York's MFA in Theatre - Directing program is a two-year, intensive conservatory program for advanced theatre artists.

The directing specialization is offered in two different programs:

Directing with emphasis on Teaching

This program is designed for those with a special interest in directing theatre within an educational setting. In addition to the core course work of the MFA - Acting program, students take additional seminars and practicum courses in directing and are mentored intensively in teaching undergraduate theatre classes. Alongside their studio directing projects, students direct a fully-mounted Theatre @ York production for thier MFA thesis.  more>>>
