At the Faculty of Health, you will meet students with varied interests and academic backgrounds. They have chosen our Faculty to acquire much more than a deep understanding of specific health and human science disciplines - they are also gaining insights into the broad factors determining the health of individuals, communities and whole populations through programs that range from the molecular to the global. Admission Requirements
We welcome applications to our programs from students with a variety of academic backgrounds and personal experiences.
The chart below is designed for applicants currently studying in an Ontario High School.

| Kinesiology & Health Science | BA: General requirements BSc: Grade 12 U Math (Advanced Functions & Introductory Calculus recommended) Grade 12 U Chemistry OR Physics For BA KINE applicants entering York in 2012-13 or later, a 12U Math plus one of 12U Biology, 12U Chemistry or 12U Physics will be required, in addition to the minimum admission requirements. |
