Person-Centered Care: Bridging Nursing Research and Nursing Practice
The School of Nursing York University is pleased to announce its 3rd Annual Nursing Research Conference to be held October 15, 2010.
The School of Nursing York University Conference is a national conference for the dissemination and discussion of research findings that has the potential to improve patient care. All conference submissions will be peer reviewed, and we welcome presentations from scholars, students, and practitioners in a range of topics exploring best practice evidence for patient care.
The School of Nursing York University Research Conference features:
- Keynotes, workshops, & oral presentations on clinical nursing research
- New opportunities to present work and interact over poster presentations
- Opportunities to learn skills at conference workshops
Abstracts are invited from individuals engaged in clinical research, including nurse researchers, nurse educators, front-line nurses, nursing students and allied health professionals.

The Conference will include symposia, workshops, oral presentations, and posters that address a variety of topics within patient centered care.
