* The student price applies to undergraduate, graduate, and post-doctoral students, as well as residents and fellows. To qualify for this discounted rate you must scan and email your acceptance letter to nursingR@yorku.ca and include your complete contact information. The letter must be signed by a school official, written on school stationary, and dated no earlier than September 1st 2009. The letter must state that you are a full-time or part-time student for the 2010-2011 academic year. Please note that NO student onsite registrations will be accepted.

Cancellation policy:
For cancellations received by September 2nd 2010, a full refund is available minus a $50 administration fee. No cancellations will be accepted after September 2nd 2010.
The option of transferring your registration fees to a co-investigator to present the work will be accepted.
A receipt will be included in your registration package at the conference.
