The NURSING PRACTICUM COORDINATION OFFICE (NPCO) coordinate all aspect of praxis experiences for nursing students enrolled in all nursing programs offered by York University , School of Nursing (SON)

In order to adhere to the requirements for liability and expectations of affiliation agreements between the placement site and York University School of Nursing all students are required to complete certain forms and permits:

1. Clinical Preparedness Permit (CPP) done annually
2. Obligation Agreement
3. Work/Education Placement Agreement (WEPA/ WSIB)
4. HSPnet Consent
5. Incident report
