Heather Fraser is a Cataloguing Librarian and Head of Bibliographic Services at the Scott Library at York University. Her speciality is the cataloguing of electronic resources as well as MARC records quality control. Her research interests include methods of providing access to electronic content, alternate methods of creating metadata and workflow analysis.
