Creating Employee Engagement:
One conversation at a time

Designed for the Managers and Supervisors.

This workshop will help you break through the Engagement Challenge in your team.

Join us for this this highly interactive workshop.

  • Explore Emotional intelligence (EI) - what it is and how to use it
  • Review the latest research from the Gallup organization that identifies 12 dimensions that managers need to focus on to build strong cultures of engagement and productivity.
  • Identify your strengths and preferred style of communication.
  • Learn how to have different types of conversations - delegation, team meetings, conflict resolution and coaching.

Improve and sharpen how you handle your workload while developing positive, productive relationships with each team member. This workshop focuses on proven strategies to help managers develop high employee engagement within their teams. Research has shown that engaged employees feel a strong connection to their company, which results in increased discretionary effort into their work in the form of extra effort and energy.

This workshop can be tailored to meet the needs of your organization and delivered
on-demand and in-house.
