The Pension and Benefits Office is responsible for benefit and pension plan administration. The Office provides assistance and advice to managers, employees and retirees regarding employee benefit policies (health, dental, vision and life insurance) the York University Pension Plan, leave policies, tuition waiver policy and associated government benefit plans. |

Job
Evaluation and Compensation Administration
The Compensation Office is responsible for the design, administration and advisory services related to the job evaluation and salary administration plans for all non-academic employee groups. The Office also conducts salary market surveys to determine the competitive positioning of non-academic salary rates in the market place. |

Organizational Development
A number of resources are available to assist with organizational changes such as departmental restructuring, changes to position title, affiliation or reporting relationships, as well as job closures, terminations or resignations. |
