Academic Employee Relations
Employee Relations has carriage of the negotiation and administration of collective agreements and memoranda of agreement between the University and its academic employees represented by YUFA, CUPE 3903, Units 1, 2, 3 and OHFA. |

Non-Academic Employee Relations
In addition to having carriage of the negotiation and administration of the collective agreements pertaining to non-academic employees, the Non-Academic Employee Relations Unit also provides training and support to managerial staff on issues and concerns relating to employment legislation and performance management. |

Employee Well Being
The Employee Well Being Office case manages WSIB Claims, Short Term Absences and Long Term Disability Claims. The EWO assists in the return of employees to the workplace by facilitating the development and implementation of return to work programs. |
