Non-Academic Employee Relations In addition to having carriage of the negotiation and administration of the collective agreements pertaining to non-academic employees, the Non-Academic Employee Relations Unit also provides training and support to managerial staff on issues and concerns relating to employment legislation and performance management.   Non-Academic Collective Agreements All collective agreements are available online for download.
