Glenda oversees service delivery and the training administration function; she manages office operations and supports development of staff by identifying learning needs and designing and delivering training programs and initiatives. Her responsibilities include design and facilitation of learning solutions, researching and contracting of training programs and educational development initiatives.

She uses diagnostic assessments, system based solution development, and knowledge management, with the goal of integrating change into York's culture.  She offers: process reviews, team building, coaching, consulting and facilitation.

Andrea consults with leaders across the organization on facilitating organizational change and visioning. She uses human-centred design diagnoses to collaboratively design change processes, which integrates York's talent to the culture of York University. Andrea offers services in collaborative design thinking, strategic planning, facilitation, and, team building, in both English and French.

Vanessa supports the development of staff by identifying learning needs and designing and delivering training programs. Programs may be customized for individual units or offered publicly through the union Joint Training Committees. Vanessa also oversees the Centre for Staff Development and Technical Learning to support the continuous improvement of our technical course offerings.
