All non academic employees will be notified by their
hiring manager of their scheduled orientation date. Orientation
will include an overview of the University’s history,
programs and services. At this session, you will be set
up for payroll and if applicable, enrolled in benefits.
Attendees must bring the following information:

Social Insurance Number |

Proof of Date of Birth (passport, birth or baptismal certificate,
citizenship card) |

Names and Birthdates of beneficiaries and dependants |

Banking Information (void cheque, bank branch address) |
Orientation
sessions are held in the Department of Human Resources and
Employee Relations, Suite A, East Office
Building.
