Publication of Papers

August 14, 2007

Dear ISTP presenters:

We apologize for the delay in asking for submission to the ISTP proceedings volume. We had negotiations with a couple of publishers but it appears that we will stay with Captus. Because the manuscripts must be submitted to Captus in print-ready format, we were discussing specific details for formatting and style - a process that required a lot of time and attention. We will ask you to submit the final version of your paper in print-ready format.

However, we decided that the submission process should be divided into two stages:

(1) Submit an APA formatted manuscript to us (see details below).

(2) Once your chapter has been selected for the volume, we will ask you to provide a formatted, print-ready copy of your manuscript.

IMPORTANT: Keep in mind that this volume will contain peer-reviewed, edited, and selected chapters – a fact that will be indicated in the book. We will be able to publish about 40 chapters.

Stage 1:
Submit electronically a paper (send as an attachment) of 5000 words maximum.
The paper contains: Title, Author(s), Affiliation(s), Abstract, Main Text (choose first level headings [and if necessary second level headings = 1.0, 1.1, 1.2 …; 2.0, 2.1 …; 3.0, 3.1, 3.2 …], References, Additional Material (Tables, Figures, …).
Email the paper to: tteo@yorku.ca
Do so before 15 November 2007.
Use the APA formatting and reference system.

Editors of the volume (here in alphabetical order): Eri Park, Alexandra Rutherford, Paul Stenner, Thomas Teo

Best wishes, Thomas
