Welcome to the Lifespan Explorations into Autism and
Developmental Disabilities (LEADD) Lab
Our research focuses on the prevention and treatment of mental health problems in people with developmental disabilities across the lifespan: People with autism spectrum disorders (ASD) and/or intellectual disabilities (ID). Our program of research at York University is often linked with the Dual Diagnosis Research Program at the Centre for Addiction and Mental Health.
We conduct research with people with developmental disabilities of all ages, and with families of people with developmental disabilities. For a detailed list of our research topics, click here.
