Women's Remembrance Day -- Wednesday December 6th, 2000

December
6th, is the annual day of remembrance for the 14 women killed
in
the Montreal Massacre, 1989.
In
light of the CUPE 3903 strike, December 6th, Women's Remembrance Day
has
been reframed.
On
Wednesday December 6th, there will be a small visual presentation in Vari
Hall. This presentation will take place all day (9:00
am - 4:00 pm).
At
12:00 pm (noon), you are invited to the Main Gate, where there will
be
a small, 5 minute ceremony. This will
include a musical performance,
the
reading of the 14 names and a moment of silence.
Please
